Sue This tea is what I would consider a lighter tea. I like it brewed at about 175°F. First brews need to be steeped a smidge longer than normal to get into the buds. But really fabulous tea once you get the flavors going. It's almost like a fruity herbal tea in flavor. Peach, wood, vanilla, golden raisins, and elderflower lemonade soda. With a very light smokiness that is just right. It's fairly drying on the throat and top of your tongue. But it's got a good sweetness and juiciness on the sides of the mouth. Very soft mouth feel. I am definitely going to try this tea cold this summer.
