Refund & Return

Customers can cancel the order unconditionally before it’s shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, the buyer cannot cancel the order. If the buyer confirms that they do not want the product from this order, they can reject the package and return it to our return address. The return fee should be paid by the buyer personally. We will provide a full refund to the buyer within 5 working days after receiving the returned package.

We do not accept any form of return/refund/replacement after more than 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
