Shipment Info
In order to prevent the damage caused by the logistics, all the goods in our shop are packed in solid cartons or bubble column as outside package. All of loose teas are pack in a Eco internal packaging, for moisture-proof, anti oxidation, blocking gas (smell), high temperature, solidify the shape and shading.
Notice: All of loose tea will be packed after you place order.
Order Processing Speed
All products offered in our online store are in stock unless stated otherwise. Thus, orders are processed usually within 3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.
Usually we will send orders via China Post Register Air Mail or E-packet.
Shipping Methods & Duration Estimates
China Post Register Air Mail: Takes about 2-7 weeks, it has some limited tracking, but the tracking is not updated as Ems. This service does require a signature at the time of delivery!
E-packet: Takes about 2-7 weeks, upper weight limit of 2 kilograms gross parcel weight (3 kilograms to Russia). We may send your order in one, two, or even three parcels if your order overload.
If having your order split into two or three parcels is problematic for you or likely to cause additional Customs or VAT fees in your country then plz send message us your idea to solve this problem (maybe write a lower price which declare to your customs).
This service does NOT require a signature at the time of delivery! Therefore, if your parcel shows as "delivered" but you didn't get it, NO claims/refunds are possible to your local post office. Plz left message us for choose another shipping way if you are not confident your delivery location is secure.
