Eric A. I received this a few days ago and tried my first cup yesterday. Honestly, one tablet of this resin is probably good for 2-3 cups of strong tea. One tablet into a mug with hot water, stirred with a spoon - the cup turned dark and opaque like I was looking at a mig of black coffee. There was enough resin left sticking to the spoon that I could have made a second mig. The tea itself has a strong but smooth flavor which I found very enjoyable. I’ll caution you that it is strong and caffeinated- my heart rate noticeably increased by about 30 bpm according to my smartwatch. If you plan to make a single cup, I suggest cutting the resin tablet in half. Overall, I really enjoy this and will likely order again.
