Tea is Great. Password Reset Painful.

Love this tea. Love that you don't have to go through A****n to get it. Love the rewards points. My only complaint is that the password reset request isn't working (18 hours since last request) for me to order again and have points accrue to my same account. Checked spam. I know the email I'm using is the one from my last order. Please fix this and help me so I can order more T E ARELAE! Thanks.
