Not especially complex but distinct and undeniably potent. Some sourness and citrus, minerality and lots of fresh woody, grassy, dewy notes. Nice and sweet. Very little bitterness, a touch of astringency that lingers in a pleasant way. A mild cha qi and smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel but these are the areas it lacks compared to something higher end in my opinion. At the same time often a more humble effect on body feel is more desirable. There's a touch of camphor or woodiness in the aftertaste which is quite nice and becomes more noticeable the more I drink. The most appealing aspect to me is the balance in all regards from flavour, to mouthfeel, to effect on the body.
Excellent sweet tasting and not too overwhelming with the usual musty taste.
