Lotely This is such a nostalgic and comforting tea for me because it reminds me of my grandfathers sugar beet farm. The taste and aroma have that same rooty, soily, but subtly sweet quality. I'd also compare the smell of the dry leaf to water chestnuts, really unusual for someone who is new to hei cha, but very enjoyable.
