Edith I love this tea because it reminds me of beets! It has a sweet and vegetal, but very earthy flavour. It's rich and dark, like to a good shou should be. It feels grounding, like the smell of roots.

Chan I never cared much for pu'er but this tea made me change my mind. I am eyeing the pu'er club now :)
