Taste Note: This pu-erh is produced by the Yong De sub-branch of the Mengku Shuangjiang tea factory. The tea leaf is complete and stout, well dried, without impurities. Selected the raw material from Mengku tea garden, pancake is clear, it includes many tea buds, smells a comfortable buds flavor, bright and clean yellow tea soup, tastes gentle bitterness, once the bitter sensation is gone, the sweet aftertaste appears in the mouth.

How to brew Pu-erh Tea?

Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.

After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!

Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.

It's already two weeks I drink this sheng actually every day. It became my favorite. Aroma of raisins, plum and apple. Really recommended!

It's not the best, but its very good. Many whole leaves. The compression of the cake is very forgiving. I am able to pry open the leaves with just my fingers , preserving the integrity of the tea.
